1984 Avion Trailer. 30 foot- model M-30P. Clean Kansas title in my name. This camper is at the perfect stage for someone to add their final touches and build out to their desire. It could be customized for a large number of different uses. Estimated to be approximately 5,500 pounds based on the manufacturer specs. Width is 7’ 11”. The trailer is located in Lawrence KS and is ready to tow. Lots of details below, but feel free to reach out with questions. I’d be happy to discuss over the phone. Asking $8200. Not interested in trades and I won’t respond messages with lowball offers especially if you haven’t seen it. Please read the info below before reaching out.

The Good Things-
Clean Kansas title in my name and it is currently registered.

Solid body- no leaking. We just took it out as a family in a big rain storm and didn’t see one drip.

Floor has been repaired and about 1/3 of the original floor has been replaced in a similar manner to the original floor- plywood, rigid foam, and then plywood.

AC blows cold- Coleman Mach 8 unit on roof cools down camper quickly.

All new wiring for 110V AC and has new breaker box and 6 outlets with easy access to add more. Also has 12v DC wiring and working lighting throughout the camper that could also be connected to a external power source such as solar and/or battery. 12V wiring runs through easily accessible fuse panel.

Tows great- good/great tires, electronic brakes, working external trailer lights. 2" ball. Has brand new trailer jack.

Also includes a compact style refrigerator, Power cable to plug into 110V w/ 30 amp style plug and adapter for household style plug.

The not so good-
Has a few dings, mars on the outer shell, nothing extreme. It’s not perfect, but for 40 years old it’s in nice shape.

It is empty inside- no beds, sink, cabinets, bathroom, etc.

The condition of the water tanks (fresh and black) is unknown. I did not attempt to utilize them and did not do any test or inspect them. Plumbing is there and it could likely be reconnected. I also did not try and use or test the water heater or pump.

Would need some type of heater installed for winter use.

Propane system (copper lines) have not been recently used and condition is unknown.

There are 3 ceiling vents that are currently sealed on the roof- someone could unseal them and install a new powered vents or sky lights- there is 12v wiring to each opening.

Wiring to the original control panel that monitors systems such as water level, battery system, etc. is not currently wired up. It does not affect the use of the camper but if someone wanted to, they could wire things back up to the visual display in the front of the camper- the wires are there.

Has inexpensive sheet vinyl floor currently installed over wood floor. Could easily be replaced.
