EXPERIENCED ALL-AROUND CONSTRUCTION WORKER NEEDED – CASH PAID DAILY
Looking for an experienced, well-rounded construction person for immediate work on a commercial renovation project.
We need someone who is comfortable handling multiple phases of construction and can help take projects from rough construction through final completion.
Experience should include several of the following:
- Wood framing
- Doors and window openings
- Exterior construction and remodeling
- Metal siding installation
- Exterior trim and flashing
- Interior finish and trim work
- General carpentry
- Basic drywall and wall finishing
- Installation and punch-list work
- General commercial renovation work
We are NOT looking for an inexperienced general laborer. We are looking for someone who has real construction experience, understands how buildings go together, can solve problems, and can work independently without needing constant supervision.
Must be dependable, show up when scheduled, and be able to produce quality work.
CASH PAID DAILY.
Pay depends on experience, skill level, and productivity.
Immediate work available, with additional ongoing work possible for the right person.
