I am unlicensed but I carry general liability contractor insurance and I use subcontractors for jobs requiring more extensive plumbing and electrical work. I can do the smaller things but leave the bigger work to the pros.
You can use the company of your choosing and pay them directly without any mark-up for their services.
I have done dozens of bathrooms, kitchens, decks, fences, floors, additions, basement conversions, widows and doors, sheds, pergolas, etc..
I am also an artist and have been doing large scale art installation work for festivals such as Burning Man for many years.
My introduction to carpentry was through prop and set construction for the theatrical union in SF in the 90's. I have a diverse range of skills and I can help you with the design process.
