Hi there! I am a friendly, creative person (woman, aged 30) seeking a living arrangement that's a little off the beaten path. I currently live in Lawrence, KS, and would like to maintain a cheap homebase here while being free to travel as often as desired. Ideally, I would like to minimize my monthly expenses as much as possible, and I am open to many different possibilities, including renting a room, renting an RV on your property, renting a tiny home or converted shed on your property, renting a mother-in-law suite, etc...

I am able to pay a low flat fee for month-to-month renting ($300), or can do a work exchange of house work, gardening/land maintenance, cooking, or cleaning, for 10 hours/month when I am in town. Very open to sustainable farms/properties with gardens and outdoor space!

I'm a musician and free-spirited person looking for an inclusive, warm, relaxed environment. I prefer to mostly keep to myself when at home, and I thrive on lots of solitude.
