Starting school at KU in January. Looking to move in anytime in December. I will be attending school using the GI Bill, which means I receive a monthly housing allowance from the government. Rent will be paid in full, on time, every time.
I have no pets, am quiet, and will not have parties.
The ideal location is as close to the KU campus as possible.
