Bought in 2023 the previous owner put all pex lines through out. Lived in full time since 2023. The camper is still hooked up to water for time being. Has been great just needed more space. Everything works. The awning has a rip and will eventually need replaced but I've used a hand full of times. Comes with skirting around camper, can leave if you don't want it.
Water line is a no freeze water line protects freeze to -40 degrees. WAS ORIGINALLY 1,000 HAVE PAPERWORK
