L and R rear Control Arms + Stabilizer Bar Bushing, Raybestos SPR 507-1775, SPR 507-1776, SPR 550-1177.
Probably also fit Toyota small pickups from same years, BUT I'm not sure.
All 100% new in factory wrappers as shown.
Note: these are the rear stabilizer bars. They anchor the camber of the rear wheels, and when their bushings deteriorate, the bars need to be replaced.
