I don't know if this is to be used as a comforter or mattress topper; however, it is clean and packed with small white feathers. The only defect is one that I caused. I was hoping to turn this in to two smaller pieces so started to cut it in half. I then realized that it is filled with thousands of tiny white feathers. I stitched the cut back together.
