We are sending the last of our home raised Angus/Gelbvieh steers for this year to be processed at Holton Meat Processing on Sept 4 2025! We are selling them for $4 per pound of hanging weight plus the processing. Processing cost will be roughly $350 per half to be paid to Holton Meat Processing at the time of pick up. Halves will weigh roughly 400 pounds hanging.
