I think it's a pen-ink drawing or an engraving, and not a woodblock print. BUT, I'm no authority on such!
The scene itself is a fairly common one in old German art pieces. Old Munich cityscape, Marienplatz and Old Town Hall and Zodiac Clock Tower as viewed from Isartor Gate. So, see for example :

I was puzzled by the rendering of the Mariensäule pillar and statue, which seemed smudged or poorly drawn. But digging around online, I found

which it very closely resembles. I've since wondered if it's not an artist's work-sketch.
The drawing itself measures 8.75"x6.75"; mat and frame proportionately larger. Title is simply Munich; various online others with known provenance use that spelling or the German-correct München.
Anyway, Provenance unknown. I've had it for 40+ years and am trying to clear stuff out. Got it locally, probably at an E-Lawrence (which has historical connections to old German residents) auction. Titled in lower left Munich, and the presumably artist's name Leon lower right, both as shown. When I recently re-taped the backing to the frame, I saw no printing on the back of the image.
Cash or Venmo only please. I usually see emails in the morning, so please be patient if responding. Thanks.
