Antique steamer trunk circa 1880s. Measures 33” wide by 20” deep by 29” tall. Interior has a small storage compartment built into the lid, and a removeable shelf for smaller items to go on top. Average condition—it shows wear, obviously, and the leather handles on the sides are missing. The latch probably needs some attention, too. Historical note, if you’re into that sort of thing: This was in my grandfather’s family (he was born in 1892) and they used it to travel from Texas to Oklahoma by covered wagon when he was a child.
