With installation kit and instructions, as shown; never installed. I had bought this new many years ago, to replace the controller in my old furnace (different make/model controller that kept burning up every few years / I later learned it was too hot in that model furnace's gas-valve, etc. area). But I replaced my furnace before getting around to installing this controller (and the new furnace has a different control board); my loss is your gain! Should be good, but priced low (for a real Honeywell product) because electrical parts are always a bit of a gamble and no returns/refunds. {Don't get me talking about replacement electrical components for cars! Hint: buy only OEM replacements.}
