Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease (sooner than later) in December for ONE ROOM in a 2 bed 2 bath at the Quarters Lawrence! The image shows both, but mine is the larger one on the left side!! Rent is $725/mo, and has a bunch of amenities! Included in unit: Fully furnished (main area: living room couch, side chair, side table, living room and dining room table - room: dresser, desk with chair, nightstand, Full XL bedframe and mattress, window with curtains, sliding door closet with floor to ceiling mirror, PLENTY of storage in bathroom with shower rod), built-in washer and dryer, kitchen appliances (freezer, fridge, microwave, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, sink), included Wi-Fi, and a balcony! Included in complex: free parking, optional reserved roofed parking ($250 for a spot, not necessary), clubhouse with a game/recreational area, outdoor pool and hot tub, newly renovated gym, food and snacks weekly at the lobby, and monthly tenant events. I have a roommate who is a KU student with two very sweet cats that spend most of their time in their room. I am pretty allergic to cats, and have not had an issue with them at all (they are too cute!!) My roommate is clean, quiet, and looking for a roommate, preferably a KU student!
