Im unable to afford the room so im sub-leasing it. The complex is called The Reserve. Its close to the KU campus so its perfect for students. Rent is $309 and the only utility is the electric bill, which is split up among the roommates. So its usually around $40. The apartment itself is a 3 bedroom apartment but each room is leased out. The room im sub-leasing has a shared bathroom with separate sinks. However the bathroom is shared with a male roommate but the apartment is co-ed. The room comes with free internet and free cable. Overall its a really nice place.
