1 bedroom apartment available for sublease starting January 1. Rent includes basic cable and internet. I am graduating in December and must move for my job. Lease is up July 14, 2010. This is my third year to live in this apartment and it has been awesome. Perfect location for a student. A 10 minute walk to almost anywhere on campus. Everything is in great condition, and the extras that I've added since I've been here are yours. Kitchen has a garbage disposal and dishwasher. Laundry facility is on site and right up the stairs from the apartment. Extra shelve space in closet and bathroom. I Also have a full size bed that I bought new when I moved in that I would sell for $100 and I would throw in the desk and 2 stands by my bed in with it for FREE! In addition, I can't take my couch with me so I'd throw that your way for an extra $75 if you wanted it. I bought it new upon move in. I paid the $250 deposit when I first moved in, so that money is YOURS when you leave in July. Office staff is really friendly and helps with anything. Bills are pretty cheap. About $100 a month total for utilities, gas, and electric. This rent price is a great deal because they have gone up on their prices for new renters. If you were to rent this apartment today without subleasing from me it would be $615 a month. Pets are ok, with a small deposit but I moved in with new carpet and have not had one. There is a really nice pool and workout facility at the office on 7th and Michigan. They also have free tanning. Please don't hesitate to contact me with questions.
