I need a roommate to take over my lease.
My roommates are great, it's just that one is my ex-boyfriend, so living there isn't so great for me. It's a 3 story, 5 bedroom house with 2 full bathrooms. There's parking in the rear alley, full basement, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a brand new stove. Utilities are usually no more $100 a month, including gas, electric, water, internet/cable. The house is awesome, only 2 blocks from Mass St. There are 2 bus stops 3 blocks in either direction. If you want to walk to campus, it's only about a 10-15 minute walk. My room is really comfortable and freshly painted. Just the right size. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a huge front porch to lounge on. And, added bonus, our landlord is awesome. The neighbors are pretty great too.
This is a beautiful old house and my roommates are awesome, I just need to get out of the ex-boyfriend situation. My roommates are 3 girls and 1 guy. Clean, very nice, and barely home because they are busy people. They are very respectful and mindful of each others space.
My roommates are uncomfortable with the thought of living with another guy, so we would prefer the person to be a girl. I'm kind of desperate to get out of the house, but it will be up to my roommates who they are willing to live with. If you're interested, let me know and you can come meet them!
We do have to work within my landlord's limitations of subleasing or taking over my lease (if he has any), so we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. Email me!
