I am looking to find someone who can sublet from the months of january to aug, rent is 225 plus utilities wich are usually around 75 (so about 300 a month) it is a house, four bedrooms one bathroom, big living room, and big basement. we have parking, AC, Washer/dryer, dish washer, wireless internet, cable. The room for sublet is in the basement and is also the biggest room in the house. There are three laid back guys that live there.
