I am in need of a sublet due to a job I have to start next semester. I am looking to sublease over winter break. I could easily be out by January 1, 2010. I get a discounted rent rate at the exchange of 429 per month that I would be able to pass onto whoever subleases. The exchange is brand new and is on the KU bus route. The management is very attentive and friendly. The other roommates are all female undergraduate students. The lease would expire July 2010. Also, all the apartment is fully furnished and you would have your own walk-in closet and private bathroom. All utilities included except electric which usually runs 20-30 dollars.
