I am graduating in December from KU and attending graduate school at Michigan State University in January. I need someone to sublease my room in a 3-bedroom apartment at College Hill Condominiums.
It's a very nice place with a beautiful view and within walking distance to KU. PERFECT for a student! Preferably female.

My bedroom is the Master Bedroom in our apartment which means that you would have your very own walk-in closet and bathroom. Not to mention, the room is quite large and has a spectacular view.
Utilities aren't so bad...our water and trash service is paid for in the rent. There is no gas bill--we only pay electric and internet. Our internet is $15/month per person and it is AT&T's top package with unlimited downloading and the fastest speed they offer. We usually only pay about $20/month for electricity as well.
The apartment has many amenities that make it worth while:
Washer-Dryer
Dishwasher
On KU Bus Route
Water and Trash covered by rent
Carpeted floors
2 Bathrooms (one of which is yours ALONE if you sublease!)
No Gas--Great for Utility Bills!
2 Great Roommates!
And a kitty!
