The Exchange is a brand new apartment complex, only a 5-7 minute drive from parking on KU campus. Great location, right near Movie theater, Wal-Mart, Target, On the Boarder, Best Buy, TJMaxx, Kohls, Old Navy, and a ton of restaurants. 3100 Ousdahl is right off of Iowa.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each on individual leases. Each bedroom has their own bathroom and walk-in closet. The bedroom up for sublet has the biggest closet of them all, great location in the apartment, only one shared wall, third floor apartment. It is fully furnished, beds, desk, dresser, chair, and the living room and kitchen are fully furnished. There is a walk out balcony and washer and dryer are included.
Apartment is right next to the clubhouse and several pools with BBQ grills, basketball court, and sand volleyball court. The clubhouse has pool tables, computer lab, study lounge, tanning bed, work out room, TVs, and bar area. It is a safe area and the KU Bus comes to the complex. There is a panic button in your own room for safety reasons. All external doors have double dead-bolts and each individual bedroom also has a dead-bolt lock with a key.
Everything is brand new!
Bedroom 1 on the floor plan is the bedroom up for sublet, it appears smaller than the rest on the floor plan but it really is not.
