Sublease needed for 1 BR in a 2 BR, 1 bath house. House is right next to campus and faces the stadium, large living room and kitchen. House has washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven and stove. Great front and back porches. Would be living with 1 other girl, no pets. House is already furnished with kitchen table, couch, TV, kitchen needs, etc. You would just need to furnish your bedroom. Sublease is available from January 1st to July 3lst. After that, the lease is available if you want to stay! Rent is negotiable; I am studying abroad and need someone to take my room! Female students are preferred.
