FIRST MONTHS RENT FREE!!! Looking for a male/female to sublease 1 BR in 3 BR apartment. I am currently paying $494/month, however that is only because I am on a 10 month lease. My lease ends in May 2010, however if you wish to extend to a 12 month lease or however long you wish then it will lower the monthly payments down to $459/month!!! I am planning on leaving in mid-DECEMBER. Females that wish to sublease this and do not want to live with any guys have the option of transferring to a different apartment within the complex which I WILL PAY FOR THE TRANSFER FEE ALSO IF YOU WANT TO DO THAT!
