Looking for sub-leaser for the winter and summer. So I would need the sub-leaser to move in around early or mid January. The lease itself will expire around mid August. Must be a clean and financially secure person. You will have three other room mates who are very fun and kind to live with. The apartment is also close to campus. It is about a 25 minute walk to the Union. The apartment is also in a great location right across from a dillions, liquor store, barber and dairy queen! Utilities are around 80-90 dollars a month. The complex does not allow pets.
